This space is not equipped with an AC. LIVING ROOM 2 Nestled on the first floor, this vintage-styled living room creates an inviting atmosphere for heartfelt conversations and relaxation. It is well-equipped with amenities, including a TV and portable music system for entertainment, Wi-Fi, and a CCTV camera to ensure security. It offers sofa-style seating that can accommodate up to 7 people. This space is not equipped with an AC. DINING AREAS The indoor dining area on the ground floor can seat up to 8 people, offering a cosy setting for meals. Please note that it does not have an AC. For a delightful outdoor dining experience, guests have the option to dine al fresco, where up to 30 people can be comfortably accommodated. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the commercial kitchen. It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. The kitchen is divided into separate sections and equipped with utensils for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food preparations. DECK AREA The property features 2 deck areas, providing cosy spots to come together, engage in lively conversations, and partake in various activities. Each of these deck areas is well-appointed with seating arrangements, with one accommodating up to 12 people and the other catering to 4 people. WORK STATION& GAMES ROOM A workstation is available for guests who prefer to combine work and leisure while on their getaway, allowing them to attend to their tasks. This space can accommodate up to 4 people. Additionally, there is a games room located near the pool, which has a table tennis table, carrom board, and various other indoor games. POOL The property boasts a beautiful blue pool that serves as a striking contrast to the lush green surroundings, providing a refreshing oasis for guests. It is 30x20 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. deep. Guests can access the pool from 8 AM to 10 PM. LAWN Covering an expanse of 3000 sq.ft, this beautiful lawn perfectly complements the equally stunning abode, enhancing the overall charm of the property. It offers an ideal space for a range of activities, including morning strolls, yoga and meditation, and various outdoor activities. It can seat up to 20 people comfortably. In case of any events, 100 people can also be accommodated here. FOOD -Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. -Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum of 48 hrs' notice prior to your check-in date. -Barbeque meal can be offered at an additional cost. -Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost. - A barbeque meal can be arranged for an additional charge.  - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 for a duration of 2:30 hours. - Guests have the option to rent Navaris for an authentic Maharashtrian photo-op session, available at an extra charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
