Lush views, bird song, and quiet days in. Our 2BHK in Siolim is ideal for forest gazing and remote work. We're on the 3rd floor (no lift) of a peaceful residential complex. It features power backup, work desks, fast WiFi, water filter, and a fully equipped kitchen for daily cooking. The complex has a pool and gym. A 5-minute walk gets you to fresh produce, cafes, restaurants, and bars. Beaches are 20 minutes away. We're next door if you need anything, and we welcome diverse people in our home. The space We've created this home for long stays. Two bedrooms with firm mattresses (orthopaedic recommended), work stations in each room, with extension cords. A full cupboard and a chest of drawers. Strong wifi with speed of 100 mbps. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, stove, kettle, microwave, fridge, blender, and cooking pots so you can cook all meals at home. Or we can organise a cook for you at extra cost. We have inverter for power back up during frequent power cuts in Goa. Water filter for drinking water. 2 balconies for birdwatching :) There is a free gym in our building and a large swimming pool. It's a safe, quiet space where everyone is welcome :) Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment, and shared areas such as the sun deck, gym, garden and the swimming pool. Other things to note There is no lift to the apartment. You will have to climb three floors to access the apartment. We have porters who can help you with luggage for a tip. Goa doesn't have efficient public transport so we can help you with taxi bookings, car or bike rentals. The listing includes house cleaning twice a week.
