And after having scoured the stalls in search of the bargain of the day, spend some time visiting the neighborhood where the Balon takes place, that of Porta Palazzo. An immersion in a historic area of Turin less known by tourists where you will find, in addition to the many antique shops, also many trattorias that offer typical Piedmontese cuisine at affordable prices. Every second Sunday of the month, the Balon is transformed into the Gran Balon, which is much larger and has a greater selection of antiques for enthusiasts.
