Upper Guest Room with Double Bed, TV, Wardrobe and workstation/Study Table with windows facing North East and Plenty of Sunshine. The space Large Size bedroom(3m*4m) upstairs sharing a common bathroom. Our house is equidistant from both Tallawong and Schofields stations. The house is also served with On-demand shuttle service to Tallawong metro, Schofields sub-urban rail, Rousehill metro & Shopping Center, Stanhope Shopping Center from Mon through till Friday 05:00 am to 09:00 pm. All Bedrooms including living rooms are equipped with Ceiling Fans and Aircon. I'd prefer vegetarians/vegan if you intend to cook else Tea/Refereshments are always available. Long Term Rentals equally preferred. My child lives in the house with me 4 nights a fortnight. Most likely during your short term stay; you will not see or hear my child. In the unlikely case that you come across my child during your stay; please be mindful of family privacy, and avoid common areas of the house if occupied by the child. Please avoid interacting with my child beyond a brief hello without my prior permission. We ask that you please offer the same mindfulness and courtesy to the other guests in the house and any children they may have. The wardrobes built within each of the room may house extra bedsheets, linen, pillows etc which are items designated for that particular room. Apart from these items; all wardrobes are generously spaced to accomodate all your belongings. Hairdryer is available in the bathroom drawer. If not found, please reach out to the host.
