The space The apartment is close to Sirkus Shopping centre, Tiger Butikk and Plantasjen (just next to Rema 1000 supermarket ). Valentinlyst is another close shopping centre. The famous IKEA store is also not far. NTNU Gløshaugen campus is within a walkable distance The distance to the bus stops is not more than 5min. There are direct buses to town and also to NTNU university, just a few minutes. Three different buses can be accessed (no. 12, 10 and 22). The place has many RESTAURANTS nearby: 1)Prego Pizzeria and Grill at Plantasjen near Rema 1000 supermarket. 2) Sabrura, Big Bite, Krem and Food Court (all located inside Sirkus Shopping Mall). 3) Bugatti, Melhus Bakeri (both located at Valentinlyst. 4) Egon Restaurant (located inside the famous Tyholt Tower). Guest access You will be able to access your private bedroom. The toilet and bathroom, the kitchen, the dining and the balkony may sometimes be shared. You can also access the parking and the extra storage places in the basement. The outside back view has some seats and tables; a very nice compound for the summer. During your stay Most of the times I am away for work. However, I try my level best to avail myself whenever needed, especially with some socialization and giving necessary help. I know most guests are new in the area and additional help may be necessary. I give this much attention! Other things to note 1) In case you come with a vehicle, please remember to ask for the parking card from me, it's for free, otherwise if you just park without a card you may be charged. 2) Please remember that you have a right to use any amenity lying in the common or shared places; tv, dining, balcony, coffee machine and others. Don't be shy! Just feel at home, you are the boss, enjoy and command! 3) You don't need my presence to check out. Just lock the door to the apartment then put the keys under the door mat. The blessings will follow you :) 4) In case you are to use the washing machine, there's a switch in the bathroom that I have to show you upon arrival. You have to put this switch off whenever washing, otherwise power will go off. Remember to put the switch on immediately after washing. If you don't do this, the bathroom will not have warm water, it's connected with the heating system. Don't worry about the switch when using the drier. 5) If power abruptly goes off in some parts of the apartment, it's very easy to fix. There's a bundle of keys in the living room near the place with wines. One of them opens the meter box. The meter box is just at the entrance of the apartment on the right as you go out. Open it and put back one of the circuit breakers. Everything will be fine. 6) The wine and all other drinks on the wine stand in the living room are NOT FOR FREE. If you need any of them remember to inquire first. The good news is that you can get them at a certain price. 7) The apartment has 3 rooms. One is for the host, the other 2 are guest rooms. The host is away most of the times for work, especially evenings and nights.
