The space Upon entering, you will be greeted by the inviting ambiance of the open-concept living space. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, electric kettle, French press and nespresso- style coffee machine (along with coffee & tea, cream & sugar), water filter, plates, bowls, cups, pot and pans, and utensils allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay. This tiny house sleeps 4 people. There is a king-size bed and the adjoining living area features a pull-out queen size couch, providing additional sleeping arrangements for guests. Bedroom: The bedroom exudes warmth and comfort, boasting a king-size bed, two side tables with USB charging ports, full length mirror, and bedside lamps. Room-darkening curtains create a soothing atmosphere for rest and relaxation. Screened Porch: Step outside onto the screened porch and immerse yourself in the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Whether sipping your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening, this tranquil outdoor space offers a perfect spot to enjoy the fresh air while being sheltered from the elements. Pet Policy: 🐾 We allow one pet for an additional cleaning fee of $75. Pets are not allowed to sleep in the beds. Pets may not be left unattended in the home unless crated. Please clean up after your pet outside. Guest access Guests will be provided with a personalized key code prior to arrival. *Guests will need AWD or 4WD to access the property due to a steep, gravel driveway. Alternatively, guests are able to park down by the barn and hike up to the tiny house (about 1000 feet up). We promise the views (& the great exercise) are worth it! Other things to note Please note that bears may be present in the area. We ask that guests do not leave any food or coolers outdoors, as this may invite unwanted guests.
