In the corner of the beach there is a RIVER that flows into the sea and forms a FRESHWATER pool. On the beach there are kiosks, banana boat rides and speedboat rides to the islands, beach chairs and umbrellas for rent. Outside the Condominium, 1 km away, there is a whole infrastructure of: shops, bars, bakeries, markets, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, DELIVERIES WITHIN THE CONDOMINIUM, (2) gas stations, etc. *CARAGUÁ IS TODAY THE BEST CITY ON THE ENTIRE NORTHERN COAST OF SP, with an amusement park for children, excellent nightclubs, shopping center, etc. It is close to the beaches of Capricórnio (LAGOA AZUL), Massaguaçu, Mococa, Tabatinga and Maranduba -UBATUBA (boat trips). The fine will be deducted from the security deposit. * CONDOMINIUM ENTRANCE IS OPEN 24/7 !!! *RETURN OF KEYS ON SITE/HOUSE. *CONSUMPTION of water, electricity (up to 50 kW per day) is included in the rent. *Rates start at 3 p.m., if there is interest, check-in can be negotiated from 8 a.m., for an extra payment. * We prefer family groups or couples, we do not rent to groups, gangs... * Vans or minibuses are not allowed in the condominium. * 110V ELECTRICAL NETWORK. IT HAS SOME 220V SOCKETS (identified in the house). * The SWIMMING POOL has a filtration system that operates every day for 4 hours, recirculating all the water in the pool through the filter and adding CHLORINE. *Avoid entering the pool with tanning lotions, drinks, sunscreens. *The house/pool is cleaned before guests enter. Other things to note *Airbnb makes it easy to pay up to 12x on your credit card. SECURITY for both parties, the guest has the guarantee of the existence of the house, as I only receive payment for their stay 48 hours after check-in !!! WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: 1- Personal hygiene items (soap, toothpaste, toilet paper, shampoo, body repellent, etc.) 2- Sunscreen and beach towels. 3- Bed linens (sheets, pillows, blankets or covers) 4- Bath linens (face and bath towels). 5-Cleaning products (detergent, bleach, etc.). 6-Bring beach chairs and umbrellas. Most beaches have kiosks with tables and chairs for customers. *WE DO NOT PROVIDE bed, table, bath linens, cleaning and hygiene products, beach chairs or sunscreen.
