It includes a private bathroom with a shower, perfect for washing away the day’s stress. * We provide bedding sheets and towels. * Amenities include wine glasses and a corkscrew, mini fridge, individually controlled heating and A/C, free Wi-Fi, TV with cable, and bottled water. * Closet and dresser are available for your belongings, along with hangers, an iron, and an ironing board. * Upper floors are accessible by stairs only; there is no elevator. * There are 3 shared common areas on the first floor. * The second floor offers a shared common area with a sitting space and workspace. * Free shared washer and dryer are located on the first floor. * Enjoy the patio deck outside and the backyard! * Free uncovered onsite self-parking is provided, with one spot per room. Please DO NOT park on the street. * Please note a caretaker lives in the basement with a separate entrance; your privacy will not be affected. * Hamilton Hoppin House has 8 other guestrooms. Guest access In addition to your private suite, you will have access to free uncovered onsite self-parking for one car, a patio deck, and all shared common areas in the house, including the dining room, living rooms, workspace, sitting area, and laundry room. Other things to note The Hamilton Hoppin House is named after Hamilton Louis Hoppin, who constructed the residence in 1856 as a summer home for his family. -Our house has security cameras for our guests safety. -Code for your self check-in and for your private suite with the keypad is provided on the arrival day at 2PM by the host on your Airbnb app inbox. -Check-in: 3PM.
