Our cosy cottage is a mere 350m away from the heart of the bustling village of Kalk Bay and a stones throw away from Dalebrook tidal pool. It boasts its own roof deck. Watch the sunrise over the ocean as you have your morning yoga session, or enjoy sundowners overlooking the sea. There are 2 outside areas & a small garden. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer dryer combo. Smart TV. Modem has a UPS. Queen-size bed in main bedroom and single bed in spare room. All bed linen 100% cotton. The space Entrance is through the front garden into the lounge-dining room. The spare bedroom and kitchen are off to one side, and to the other you'll find the bathroom and main bedroom with a little alcove for the washing machine in between. Access to the back garden is via the kitchen and up a small flight of stone steps. Access to the roof deck is via the back garden. Parquet flooring throughout with tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. The building is secure with burglar bars/ gates on all the windows/ doors. Guest access The cottage is fully self-contained. Other things to note There is free on-street parking.
