STR # 012742 The space Enjoy everything summit county has to offer, our long time home in the Water Dance neighborhood is one of our family's favorite places to spend time, beautiful in all four seasons. The house is four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, with the ability to sleep up to 10 people. The first floor has two large sitting rooms and two gas fireplaces to watch a movie, read a book or work remotely from the mountains. There is a bunk room on the first floor with a queen on the bottom and a double on top. The kitchen has ample space to cook at home and a dining room that can accommodate everyone. There is a large porch off the dining area with an outdoor dining table, gas grill and additional seating to enjoy the Colorado sun. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, two of which are en suite. The master bedroom has a massive double vanity bath, spa tub, and standing shower. There is also a fireplace and a small balcony with mountain views. There is a two car garage and ample room to park two additional cars in the driveway. It is the perfect home base located within walking distance of Frisco's Main street via and hike and bike path, the free Summit bus pickup is right across the street and takes you into Breckenridge, Frisco and to neighboring ski hills including Copper and Keystone. There are many great dining and entertainment options in Frisco as well as a Safeway and Whole Foods if you prefer to cook at home like we do when we're in the mountains!
