Oreo's house

Looking for a quiet stay waking up to bird sounds? Astley On The Park is your home away from home. Enjoy the park vista, the local bird song (sometimes a littl raucuss) in the morning, access to transport and local areas of interest. The main bedroom has a queen bed and there's a folding bed available for another guest. This can be in either room. This house is not set up for small children so any toddlers or a little l=older will need to be 100% supervised. I do not have baby facilities. The space My home is newly built so guests please be aware the landscaping is an ongoing project. The big room has a queen sized bed and there is a single in the other room. The folding bed can be placed in either room, with a little notice. I have made sustainability a priority in my home so solar passivity, recycling, and eco-friendly solutions are part of the way my home operates. DO NOT ENQUIRE TO BOOK if you or any of your party are smokers. I am pescetarian, but you are welcome to cook what you want. Although the listing says the bathroom is shared, that's the guest bathroom, that you will share with your travel companions only. The airconditioning is zoned and refridgerated so can be adjusted to suit your needs. Parking is available in the visitor space down the driveway. Guest access Aside from booked bedrooms, the bathroom and powder room, of course, the kitchen, laundry, shared living space and back yard. During your stay I work shifts, so am often around during the day and happy to chat. I'm pretty quiet coming and going but please check with me before booking if you wonder if that might not work for you. Other things to note I have a rescued dog in the house. Oreo has become well accustomed to guests letting themselves in and he loves people. He can be gated off from the guest areas, but shares the common living area and the back yard with me. It's his home, and much as I appreciate the work of support animals and would love to have them stay, Oreo's presence will not allow that so please do not request to book if you have a service animal. The trains are back and the closest station is about 10minutes walk away. There is a much closer hourly bus route. Both are run by Transperth and the Transperth app is the best way to work out how to use public transport if you need it. Please note: this is a non-smoking household. Smokers ARE NOT welcome.
