Llarrom Cottage | Gorgeous Country Home With Pool

Llarrom is located in Scone in the Upper Hunter Valley, 3.5 hours from Sydney. Siting on over an acre with picturesque gardens & sparkling salt water pool. With beautifully styled interiors, it is the perfect space to relax & unwind whether visiting family, travelling for work, getting married in the gardens or a weekend getaway. Enjoy a complimentary cheese board featuring a selection of local cheeses, accompaniments and wine + continental breakfast of granola, bread, jam and seasonal fruit. The space A lovingly restored two storey cottage with a clever floor plan making it ideal for one, a couple or larger groups having the master and bathrooms downstairs and three further bedrooms upstairs. Beautiful double French doors open to the wrap around bull nose verandahs and onto the large deck overlooking the sparkling in-ground salt water pool. The front gardens are manicured and serene with an array of visiting birds who enjoy their morning seed and a splash in the bird bath. The back area has a large entertaining deck overlooking the pool. Behind the pool are the paddocks and horse stable. Downstairs features the master bedroom with king size bed layered with Cultiver linens. There is an electric fireplace, ceiling fan and new ensuite bathroom with clawfoot bath. The second bathroom is also on this level with walk in shower. Fully fitted out country kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, pod machine, washer/dryer and island bench seating. A bar area is adjacent to the kitchen that has its owns set of French doors leading to the deck and pool. The living zones are open plan and flow from the kitchen. The dining area has a 10 seater farmhouse table and access through French Doors to the verandahs. The living room has linen and leather lounges and vintage cane lounge chairs, seating 10 comfortably with reverse cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fan and a large Smart TV with Netflix for your enjoyment. Upstairs are two queen rooms with crisp cotton Sheridan sheets and reverse cycle air-conditioners with the third upstairs bedroom having four single beds, wall mounted Smart TV, reverse cycle air-conditioning and sitting area. Perfect for the kids or young at heart! With beautifully modern interiors, the home has been stylishly furnished with classic pieces and quality linens.
