Description
Great flat that’s a short walk away from 2 stations where you can get to central London in 20 minutes. It also has great access to amenities right by the high street. The flat has everything you would need for short stays with a comfortable bed and lovely sofa to relax on at the end of the day. NOTE: The flat is on the first floor of a victorian house, so there are around 15 steps to get up them. There are also 3 steps between the hallway to get to the kitchen, so please bare this in mind. The space This space is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple looking for a cosy place to relax in whilst also having great transport access to central London. The flat is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk away from the high street. The high street has everything you will need in terms of supermarkets and local bakeries. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. All the popular takeaways are 2 minutes away (McDonald’s, KFC, Burger King to name a few). The flat is also close to public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. If you have time, try to walk to Crystal Palace Park (only 10 minute walk) which has a lovely walking route and a delicious food market on Sundays. Guest access The flat features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a TV, and a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a full bathroom available for a relaxing bath at the end of the day. Here are some of the things you can enjoy during your stay: Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals Comfortable living room with a TV Spacious bedroom with a double bed Full bathroom with a bath 20 minutes away from the City Centre by train Wi-Fi Free Street parking Please note that this is also my own flat and therefore my personal items will be in the flat. However they will be very much kept out of your way and not cause any issue to you having a pleasant stay! Other things to note Getting to Central London: This flat is perfect for travelers wanting to see the London sights as it is a 5 minute walk away from Penge East train station. This will get you to London Victoria in just 20minutes. From here, you are already in the heart of London, but then can travel a further 5-10 minutes by tube, depending on the sights you want to see. In general, you can definitely also use the Bus (there is the 176 bus which goes straight to Central London and runs for 24 hours). If you would like to explore East London (Shoreditch / Brick Lane) which I would definitely recommend, then the Penge West Overground train is a 10 minutes walk from my flat. You can get to Shoreditch in 30 minutes from here, and it has some great things to see from there!
