The self- contained guest house includes a full kitchen with all amenities, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms, a lounge area and a private balcony over looking the beach front! The space has ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans in each room and has a large spacious open living style kitchen and lounge room with stunning views of the beach spanning all the way up the coast line Bedroom 1- Queen-sized bed - Sea views - TV Bedroom 2 - Double bed - TV Guest access Guests are able to access all parts of upstairs guest house. There is a shared keypad entryway which will be used by home owners and guests. Upon entry there are stairs leading to the private air bnb apartment. In the entryway there is a door down stairs separating the private residence below from the air bnb. Other things to note Just informing guests that the residents have two pet cats but they are not allowed access to guest area.
