Welcome to Seminole Shores Villa, your 2,400-sf tropical spa oasis! This property is a 4BR home with tons of amenities to make your stay truly memorable. While the beaches are close (<5 min), you might never want to leave the heated salt-water pool nestled into a huge spa-like backyard, which offers plenty of privacy and activities. This house was completely renovated in 2023 to incorporate a tropical design. We prioritized a clean and safe environment as part of your experience. We’re less than five minutes from award-winning beaches, 30-min from Tampa, 20 to either St. Petersburg or Clearwater. We are less than two miles from the 350-acre Walsingham Park, where you can fish, kayak, or walk along the six-miles of trails. Located minutes from amazing golf courses. You’re close to everything, including our favorite Coffee Shop, only two minutes away: Southie Coffee. You won’t regret it! Outdoors: You’ll fall in love with our amazing spa-like backyard, our main attraction. In the evening, turn on the string lights and enjoy the sunset over the palm and banana trees from the new stone-paver patio. However, we’d like to set your expectations that the pool temperature will continue to be impacted by ambient weather temperature, as this is a significant overall factor in actual water temperature. The pool temperature can be increased for an additional fee per stay. Bedrooms: Four dedicated bedrooms, three with king size beds, and the fourth with a double bunk bed and trundle. Each king bedroom was updated with a unique design and brand-new furniture featuring Zinus Memory Foam Mattresses, 50-inch smart TVs, new ceiling fans and lighting, pull/push blinds for privacy. Everything except the tile floor is new and updated. The kids’ bunkbed room also has several dozen children’s books for a wide variety of ages, as well as Zinus Memory Foam Mattresses. • Bedroom 1 – King Bed (sleeps 2) • Bedroom 2 – King Bed (sleeps 2) • Bedroom 3 – Double Bunk Bed w/Trundle (sleeps 5) • Bedroom 4 – King Bed (sleeps 2) Bathrooms: The bathrooms are freshly updated. The ensuite off the master bedroom features a dedicated makeup/prep space to go with the private bath, walk in shower, and closet. On the other side of the house is the primary bathroom off the bedroom hallway. This bathroom was updated to include a double vanity with lots of counter space and storage and new fixtures, mirrors, and lighting. It features a shower/tub combo. Kitchen & Dining: The tropical theme continues in this area with a wonderful mural along the dining room wall by local artist Jeff Plikinton. The oval dining room table seats six to eight comfortably with additional seating at the counter. I’ve always enjoyed cooking, a skill I learned from my mother, who was Greek and Italian. I’m no chef, but I stocked the kitchen with as many modern appliances and cookware as you could possibly want or need—of course, only if you decide to stay in. There is plenty of counter space for seating and meal prep, making it perfect for entertaining. All appliances are new and were thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to use. Centrally located and convenient to the entire house we have: • Samsung range and oven • Samsung four door fridge with filtered water dispenser • GE dishwasher • GE microwave • Keurig, 10-Cup coffee maker, and French press pot • Ninja blender and a slow cooker • Dishware for 12 including separate plasticware (BPA free) for kids • All the basics – pots/pans/electric griddle/mixer/toaster/cutting boards/bowls/utensils • Red and white wine glasses as well as beer mugs to go with traditional high and low ball glasses Initially stocked with the basics – coffee, spices, salt/pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, cooking spray, tin foil, plastic-wrap, parchment paper, zip-lock storage bags, paper towels, cleaning supplies including dish detergent, etc. If something runs out, we kindly ask that you pay it forward for the next guest and replace. These are NOT unlimited supplies and not guaranteed. Be prepared to make a trip to our local grocery stores (Winn Dixie or Publix) within a mile or so of the house to stock up for your stay. Office: We have a dedicated office space with spacious work area. A centrally located 500 MB Wi-Fi network makes working remote a breeze. As a bonus, we have an external HP 27” monitor (you’ll just need an HDMI connection cable) and HP Office Jet Pro 9025 to provide the key features you’ll need to be productive. Game Room: This spacious open room is jam-packed with fun. At one end is an 80” Sharp Aquas TV (Roku) that is flanked by two full-sized arcade games. The console has 15+ board and card games. A pool table and plenty of seating and lounging space will surely provide endless fun. Hours of entertainment and friendly competition await. Movie Theater: A home movie theater complete with motorized full motion seating with additional bar and beanbag seating is waiting to complete your evening. The bright projector (ceiling mounted with Roku) fills the 118” fixed screen. The finishing touch is a vintage popcorn machine. All you need is the HDMI cable to connect to the projector or to log into your favorite streaming services and you’re set for an evening of fun. Living Room: As you enter our villa, you’ll be greeted by Jeremy, our welcoming flamingo in the entry way (Jeremy sometimes escapes the wallpaper and can be found floating around the pool). The large open living room off to your right is bathed in sunlight from the five windows with plantation shutters. Sink into the 108” plush corduroy sofa and enjoy the 65” smart TV or get lost in a good book in the reading nook Safety & Automation: We set this up as if we were living here and took every precaution to make this a healthy and safe environment and make things easier through automation. Here, you can find a bit of fun for everyone. Major Neighborhood Rules: We are located in a quiet family-friendly area with strict quiet hours from 10pm to 9am. Absolutely no loud parties during quiet hours – noise complaints from neighbors will be grounds for canceling your reservation without refund. Parking is accessible on the street and the driveway can accommodate 4 cars. Absolutely no parking on the lawn. Additionally, this is a smoke-free property inside and outside. Unfortunately we do not accommodate pets, other than service animals. You must be 24-years old to book. We reserve the right to terminate if you do not meet this requirement. BBQ and Fire pit require propane tanks to operate. We usually have a spare tank for when one runs out, please notify us in those situations. The Sauna is not a toy and rules must be obeyed for maximum safety and enjoyment. The host will not be responsible for any liabilities, losses, or damages arising from the guests' use of propane equipment or the sauna. Use at your own risk.
