Guest access Guests have access to the entire home with exception of the basement and a closet in the front living room that is locked & off limits to guests. The garage isn’t available for guest parking, but there is ample parking on the property for several cars. Guests may enjoy the 45 acre farm and take a walk down to the pond. Fishing is permitted (at your own risk) at the pond, but boats and swimming are prohibited. There is a barn and 2 buildings on the property that are off limits to guests. This property is a working farm, please be respectful of the crops and keep away from equipment, machinery and farm buildings. Other things to note There are several places to explore in the area. Jesse Owens State Park, Burr Oak State Park, Muskingum River Parkway, Wolf Creek Wildlife Area, and Appalachian Hills Wildlife Area are all within a few miles. Within easy driving distance are the historical towns of McConnelsville and Marietta. Beverly has a grocery store, a pharmacy and restaurants. There is a paved walking trail just up the road across from Smith's Chapel Church along with playground equipment.
