Guest access Check-In is from 3:00 PM onwards. Self Check in OK - but for international guests in WINTER, we recommend assisted check-in with English/Japanese support to help you enjoy Hakuba fully. If you need assisted check-in or don’t have a car, please let us know. We provide complimentary pick-up from Hakuba Train Station or Happo Bus Terminal. For other Hakuba locations, please ask. If arriving after 8:00 PM, please contact us in advance. Other things to note Bears Transport - Car Rental Service Explore Hakuba safely this winter! Our 4WD vehicles (Mitsubishi Delica, Honda N-Box) includes ski racks & winter tires. Message us anytime! **Add-On Rules Book at least 72 hours before arrival. Cancellation Fee: 30% (2 days before check-in) / 100% (1 day before check-in). **Year-Round  Seasoning Set (¥1,500): Olive oil, soy sauce, bouillon, magic salt, pepper, etc. Kid’s Bed Service (¥2,200): Fun duvet/pillow covers (superheroes, princesses). **Green Season (Summer)  BBQ Set (¥4,400): Grill, 3kg charcoal, chimney, net, lighter, tongs, prep table.
