The community is located between Negril and Montego Bay. If you'd like, you can be provided with car rental details, tour details, grocery delivery, and a chef if needed, at an additional cost. The number of guests exceeding four adults for sleepover will incur an additional fee of $98 per night. Thank you. For garbage collection, please be so kind as to bring the outdoor bin with your household waste to the front curb of the yard on collection day, Wednesday, at 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. and back to the back to keep the environment clean and tidy. Thank you so much for your cooperation. Washing your vehicles on the property is NOT allowed, otherwise you will be charged the water bill and a fine. If pipe water whether inside or outside are left running when you have checked out, you will be charged the following bill. If plants are destroyed for example: broken or trampled by an adult or unsupervised kids, you will be charged for the damages.
