The space The entire property is newly converted with boutique and luxury fittings and furnishings throughout. You'll have two fantastic social spaces including a plump leather sofa within the sitting area of the open kitchen, which also has a lovely breakfast bar. There is a further peaceful lounge area on the mezzanine floor with comfy armchairs and large smart TV, perfect for relaxing with a glass of fizz or cup of tea after a day out walking the beautiful Chiltern countryside. When you're looking to put your head down for the night there is a large, super comfortable king bedroom accompanied by an ensuite shower room. Next door is another cosy double bedroom with views across the orchard and Misbourne river. There is separate bathroom, which has a lovely big bath. The layout is ideal for small families, two couples or even a couple who prefer having the space to themselves. The kitchen facilities are all new and include a super Bosch induction hob, oven and separate microwave. The living area has a built in sound system so one can stream their favourite music service just from their phone. There is plenty of storage space in the main bedroom in addition to the downstairs lobby area for jackets, brollies and boots.
