Located on PE-60 in front of the famous Calamares restaurant and the Miraculo Club Reception Center, and 200 meters from São José Beach (land of natural pools). The condominium's common area includes a park, square and swimming pool (adult and children's). We are 10 minutes from the famous beaches of Antunes, Ponta de Mangue, both in the city of Maragogi-AL (Brazilian Caribbean). Come visit us and pay a fair price to enjoy the natural beauty of the region. The space Guests have access to all common areas, such as children's playgrounds and swimming pools (except on maintenance days, currently on Mondays and Tuesdays) except in case of a COVID restriction protocol issued by the state government of Pernambuco.
