El Triangulo Mazunte- house
Naturally built home-stone, bamboo, wood, and palm. Fully and stylishly furnished and very well appointed. Beautiful ocean, village, and mountain views. 7 min walk to Calle Principal (main road) and 15 min walk to beach. The casita is one of several private units on our property, El Trángulo Mazunte. You can confirm our location and see photos/videos by searching online. Close enough the the action, but just far away enough. ***We have Starlink Internet and a natural pool! The space Location We are up a bit of a steep hill. That's why we have a great view! It takes about 3-5 minutes to walk up from the bottom. We go up and down on foot regularly. There is a short cut to town on a little trail. There is also a road to reach our home by car or a motorcycle, scooter, or cuatrimoto (4 wheeler), all of which can be rented here. We have a private driveway and parking area with plenty of space (up to 6 cars), which is included. :) Buzz words for the property are: ecologically minded, hi-design, well made. Ecologically minded The property and buildings were designed with permaculture principles in mind. We are catching rain water, utilizing dry, compostable toilets, and heating water with the sun. We have primarily used local, natural materials such as earthen bricks and tiles, bamboo, stone, and sustainably harvested wood and palm throughout the construction. Natural pool we have built in collaboration with natural pool experts, a lovely oasis on our hillside overlooking the pacific ocean. It is built of stone, and filtered with volcanic rock and local plants. it is filled with rain water captured from the roofs on the property. it is a living organism like a pond or a lake, and includes tiny aquatic life. it is very clear and clean, but be aware that you will share the space with little fish, tadpoles, and plants. they are all part of the natural ecosystem :)
