The Studio

The Studio is a single bedroom fully self contained apartment separate Bedroom, kitchen and lounge room. The second bed is a fold out sofa double bed. It has a bathroom, television, lounge and air-conditioning and washing machine. There is undercover parking, large balcony for outside entertaining with BBQ facilities. Minimum stay is 2 nights. The space We are on two acres in with a farm like feel. There are 3 dwellings next to each other. Our family home plus the two units. Each have there own private areas. We have gardens , a chook house and plenty of bird life, You may even see a kangaroo or deer if you are lucky. You are free to explore the property whilst here. We are 2 km from the beaches and shops, although just a short walk (750m) to Nursery with beautiful cafe for breakfast and the local pub that has lunch and evening meals 7 days a week. Guest access We live on the property and will be here to greet you on your arrival or will arrange alternate access prior. Please ensure you advise by SMS or AirBnB messenger so we can be around to greet you. We are a little hard to find, you will need to turn off Ocean Drive at the Bus Stop and follow dirt road down past caravan. The Studio is the first unit with access directly behind caravan. There is a large double carport for your use The Lodge is the second unit with carport beside the large palm grove. We will provide keys on arrival, please leave in unit on your final departure. Other things to note Dog friendly home. We must be informed that a pet is part of the booking. Limited to one dog (up to 35kgs) or 2 toy dogs. We are on two acres which is not fenced, your dog will need to be well trained or on lead when outside unit. Dog rules, ensure your dog: * Is groomed and cleaned before check in * If wet from swimming or walks on the beach, your dog must be dry with no sand please. * Has up to date worming, flea treatments, vaccinations * Has had nails trimmed to avoid scratches to the floors and furnishings * stays off beds & furniture. * Is not left unattended inside the unit (however, if you use a training cage then its fine to leave the dog whilst you go for dinner etc,) * Additional cleaning charges may apply should pet hair, urine, fleas or any evidence (including smell) of the pet be left behind after check out, including failure to pick up poop. * You accept full responsibility for the pet and its actions Registration Details PID-STRA-52212
