Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. It's a Beautiful, Fully Furnished, Spacious, Seaview, 1BR with Pool Access. Located inside The Mactan Newtown where everything is accessible. -The Private Beach🏝️- 350 pesos per person Mactan Newtown Beach is within walking distance (approximately 7 minutes walk). Outside food and drinks are not allowed. The Beach has Lounge chairs, a bar and food service. The space The Unit is 40 square meters which is approximately 420 square feet. It has a nice balcony where you can relax and enjoy the open sky and ocean views. This is a family vacation home which is why we put a lot of thought, and effort into making it the comfortable and beautiful space it is. The bedroom has a full size bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with the basic things you will need to prepare a meal. the room in this condo has a lovely view. If you are picky, this is the place for you. There is Cable TV in the Living Room with selection of international TV channels. We provide free high speed Wifi. The TV in the Living Room has Netflix and other apps available, but you will need your personal account for streaming purposes. The building feels very private, it is secure, and best of all, the staffs are welcoming and helpful. Elevator access to our floor is from the building Lobby 3&4 which is very convenient, retails shops are just downstairs. There is a Concierge and 24 hour Security in the building. Public Parking is available outside the building for a small fee. Details will be provided when needed. Guest access -Check-In-Requirement Prior to guest(s) arrival, check-in document(s) will need to be prepared in advance. This is required by Building Management Security. We will need a copy of each guest(s) Passport or Government ID in advance in order to prepare the check-in document. -Access to your Unit is easy, you may ask assistance from the concierge for the specific location of the accommodation. The unit is open for your arrival, key is just place on the table inside the unit. -The Swimming Pool The 1 bedroom Condo allows 4 guests in the pool without a fee. There will be a fee of 200 pesos for each guest(s) thereafter. Reservation needs to be made with the Concierge to use the pool, you may just book with the concierge. *Note that the pool is closed for maintenance and cleaning on Mondays. -The Mactan Newtown Beach Beach access for 350 PHP per guest and use!🏝️ Other things to note Please note that MIDSTAY CLEAN is REQUIRED for bookings longer than 2 weeks. Additional cleaning fee applies.
