The space Guests have access to the entire property (excluding the garage apartment unless rented by your party). You have access to dock, swim deck with ladder, and 3 kayaks (2 adult, one child), and giant Lily pad for floating and hanging out. Other things to note Kid friendly, with play area in back deck with 2 swings, sand box, slide, and picnic table. Crib in one bedroom, pack n’ play in closet.
