Wifi and firestick (it's the Cable of the future that provides on demand shows/ movies/ Live games/ music/ Netflix/ documentaries etc) also installed and ready to go. The cozy kitchen is fully equipped with all brand new appliances, plates, and flatware you'll need. There is an in- building laundry area with a washer and dryer.
