The Flat has an attached balcony running through entire length of it. The balcony faces the BhimaShankar hill and has lush green landscape during the monsoons. The flat has fully- functional Kitchen with fridge, microwave, utensils for cooking. There is a fully automatic washing machine so in case you are staying for long - can use to clean the laundry. We have 2 GLoLED 43 inch Smart TV. All TV, will have below OTT logins: Youtube Premium, Amazon Prime and Hotstar Premium subscription. Choose your binge watch. The property has Swimming pool which you can enjoy by paying 100/ person per hour. You would get free WiFi, so in case you are looking for long staycation - this is an ideal nest. The society has Amba river flowing nearby. There is a well maintained riverfront. Recommended to spend some time there. Guest access The guest has access to full 1 BHK flat. You can access gym, if functional. Society has games such as TT, Badminton - can opt at a very reasonable per hour charges. There is a multi cuisine restaurant inside society only,however if you are food enthusiast and want to try local cuisine then explore on the highway. There are authentic eateries out there. Sudhagarh Vaibhav is recommended for desi vegetarian food.. Note: Pool is not operational currently. Other things to note • Regarding amenities, you can access the swimming pool @ INR 100 per person per hour. CURRENTLY POOL is undergoing maintenance.. Pool timings are 9 AM-7 PM on M T W T 9AM-8PM on F S S. • For women, swimming caps inside pool are mandatory. You can rent it there itself for 50 bucks or can outright purchase it for 100. • For every hour post check-out time I.e. 10AM, INR 300 would have to be paid by guests to the host provided there is no booking in calendar for that day. If there is already a booking received then cannot entertain late check- out request. • No security deposit is required. We believe in hospitality. However, if you leave flat in serious mess such as pukes, charred bedsheets etc then cleaning charges worth INR 1000 would be charged. Wear & Tear, if any are to be paid on actuals. • No howling, shouting and loud music post 10:00 PM in night. It's a very very silent area in nights so you yourself will get disturbed from Slightest of noise. • Considering it's ghats section and jungle area, there might be occasional power cuts- but we have 6-8 hrs of power back up. On Tuesdays, there is planned outage of upto 6 hours. • Swiggy/Zomato is not there in that location. • If you need cab can arrange from local contacts. No contraband or narcotic products allowed inside the premise. If found using anything unlawful, law enforcement bodies would be involved. •Restaurant is Available in society. Restaurants do home delivery also. Menu is in flat. • Welcome basket is provided with every check-in, which includes quick bites. Treat this as your own home.
