This apartment utilizes green-friendly solar water heaters for the shower. Cloud cover may affect the maximum temperature of the water. The sinks do not have hot water. Occasionally Puerto Rico experiences brief utility interruptions. Outages caused by the utility providers are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.
