Our place is ideal for families, couples, pilots, executives, or anyone seeking peace and relaxation. You’ll be about 7 minutes from MDE Airport and about 20 minutes from downtown Medellín. The apartment building is four stories. Our apartment is on the third floor (there is an elevator). Plus, our guests can enjoy the wonderful amenities onsite, like heated pools (one for adults, one for children), sun loungers, a hot tub, a steam room, and a well-equipped gym. As you enter the apartment, you’ll notice the open-plan living space with everything you could need. You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals at home, a dining bar to enjoy your meals, and a sofa sitting area with a large flatscreen Smart TV with DIRECTV satellite channels for enjoying downtime moments at home. You’ll have direct access from the living room to the private terrace via wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. After filling out this form, we then notify the reception desk staff so that they can give you the keys when you arrive. You can check in starting at 2 pm if you arrive late; that’s not a problem. The reception desk staff work 24/7. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message! Do not hang clothes outside the balcony, the HOA can charge a fee for that *PLEASE NOTE: No visitors are allowed at this property. Only registered guests.
