Quiet hours are 10:00pm–7:00am, and we kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbors during those times. • This is a ground-level unit with one dedicated parking space directly outside for easy access. • A shared laundry room is located just across the parking lot and is coin/app operated for your convenience. • Pool and hot tub hours are set by the HOA and may vary seasonally. • As with many mountain properties, weather can change quickly — especially in winter. We recommend checking road conditions before traveling. • There is no air conditioning (common in Frisco due to cool mountain evenings). Opening windows and using fans keeps the space comfortable in summer. • We provide starter supplies (paper goods, toiletries, etc.), but longer stays may require additional items. • This is a strictly non-smoking property (including vaping and marijuana) inside the condo and on the patio. • No pets are permitted. • Parties and events are not allowed.
