Our Studio is a special haven, tucked away 50 yards back from the street, offering a secluded and quiet retreat. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the full-sized high-end kitchen appliances to the furniture, bedding, cookware, towels, and hardwood floors. Oversized windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The 12" thick Queen memory foam bed ensures your comfort, and the coffee table in the living area is versatile, lifting up to form a cozy eating space for two or a convenient workspace. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire private Duplex Studio, including the living/dining area, sleeping area, full kitchen with full-sized stainless appliances. Please note that the laundry room is shared with the studio next door. This unit is part of a duplex with two attached Cottage Studios. Other things to note PETS: We welcome up to two house-trained dogs for an additional $99 per dog. We appreciate you keeping an eye on your dogs and kindly ask that they do not jump on the beds and furniture. Dogs should be crated inside the home when the owners are out. Damage to the property will incur additional charges. SERVICE & EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS: Service Animal and Emotional Support Animals MUST be disclosed, in writing, prior to booking. The pet fee is waived only for legitimate service or emotional support animals that remain with their owner at all times. If there is evidence that the animal was left alone, the pet fee will be applied. Please be aware that in California, falsely claiming a pet as a service animal is a criminal misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of up to $1,000 and/or up to six months in jail. RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK IN PROCESS Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement prior to check-in. The agreement outlines house rules, liability, and property use. We also ask guests to provide an ID and CC upon booking. These additional security measures had to be implemented to prevent fraudulent bookings. A link with all of this information will be provided upon booking. If you are not comfortable with any of this information, you are welcome to cancel within 24 hours of booking as long as it's not a same day booking.
