Charming house in Old Town

Come relax in this little hundred-year-old house in a quiet neighborhood, close to many amenities. Whether you are visiting for the University of Maine at Orono, the Waterfront Concerts in Bangor, or one of the many lakes in the area, this is the perfect home base for all of your Maine adventures. The space Cozy up on the dual-recliner couch in the living room and stream your favorites on the smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials as well as some coffee, tea, and sugar that we keep on hand if you need a pick-me-up after arriving. There is a bar-height table that seats four in the kitchen. The full bathroom has a walk-in shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. The blue bedroom is downstairs, the door is just off of the living room. There is a super comfy memory foam full-size bed, nightstand, and lamp with USB port for charging a phone. The purple bedroom is the only room upstairs and has a queen-size sleep number bed, nightstand, and lamp with USB port. For any families with small children, there is a booster seat that can be attached to a kitchen chair available for your use. And there is a pack-n-play with clean sheets that can be set up in the purple bedroom. Please let us know if you plan to use either of these and we will get them set up for you! Guest access You have access to the whole house, driveway, and fenced-in backyard. There is a small deck in the backyard. There is an ironing board and cleaning supplies at the top of the stairs to the basement. This is the narrow door next to the kitchen table. Other things to note Pet friendly with fee. The stairs going to the purple bedroom are very steep and may not be suitable for someone with mobility issues. The house is not baby proofed. If you need any baby proofing for your stay, please bring your own devices with you. Weekly and monthly stays are welcome.
