Ramonda house

Relax in a quiet, comfortable and amenity space, with beautiful views of the Danube. The ambiance of "Ramonda house" will give you a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, fast-paced life and business in a welcoming atmosphere and wellness facilities. The chirping of birds, a light breeze and a landscape of beautiful nature are there to remind us that peace is still invaluable wealth, and most importantly, reaching in our house, only 25km from Begrad, on the slopes of the right bank of the Danube, in the vicinity of Grocka. Feel the enjoyment of this too! The space The house is fully equipped for a short and long comfortable and eventful stay all year round. The living room is spacious, with a high ceiling, enriched by a fireplace that provides a special atmosphere during winter days. The living room is connected to the dining room and kitchen, which is fully equipped with electrical appliances and full kitchen equipment to host up to 10 people. On the lower floor are another smaller bedroom and bathroom (with water heater and washing machine). Upstairs there are two rooms (one large with a terrace overlooking the Danube and an attached bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub), and the second room is on a gallery connected to the third bathroom and a sauna. In a large fenced yard, there is a garage right at the entrance and a concrete part with a basket basket. The yard is beautifully landscaped with a well-groomed lawn and selected flowers to make the stay even more enjoyable. On the ground floor of the house, overlooking the Danube and the vast plain of Vojvodina, you can enjoy the covered terrace, equipped with a garden seating set, which allows to enjoy the outdoors even on rainy days. The yard has a swing, a climber, and other entertainment amenities (soccer folding goal, badminton rackets), and there is also the possibility of cooking food outdoors (barbecue, sac, spit, plate, kettle...). On summer days, shade can also be found under the canopy of trees in the yard, and in the apricot season, you will have the privilege of picking these fruit trees yourself during your stay, on the part of the lot in front of the house (it is a real comfort especially for children, to eat freshly picked fruit, and picked with their own hand). Our kids especially enjoyed this one...and I believe you will too. Guest access The entire house is accessible to guests (with the exception of a storage room and a closet with personal belongings). Other things to note The house is comfortable to stay all year round (excellent insulation gives freshness during the summer period and underfloor heating a pleasant warmth during winter). The house is equally adapted to the hedonistic wellnes enjoyment, as well as family time, with equipment for cooking gastronomic traditional dishes in the courtyard.
