Ramonda house

Relax in a quiet, comfortable and spacious space, with a beautiful view of the Danube. The ambience of "Ramonda house" will provide you with a break from the city crowds, fast life and work in a pleasant atmosphere and wellness facilities. The chirping of birds, a light breeze and a landscape of beautiful nature are there to remind us that peace is still an invaluable wealth, and most importantly, reachable in our house, only 25 km from Belgrade, on the slopes of the right bank of the Danube, in the vicinity of Grocka. You can also feel what a pleasure this is! The space The house is fully equipped for a shorter and longer comfortable and eventful stay throughout the year. The living room is spacious, with a high ceiling, enriched with a fireplace that provides a special atmosphere during the winter days. The living room is connected to the dining room and kitchen, which is fully equipped with electrical appliances and all kitchen equipment to accommodate up to 10 people. On the lower floor there is another smaller bedroom and bathroom (with a boiler and washing machine). Upstairs there are two rooms (one large with an exit to the terrace overlooking the Danube and the associated bathroom with a jacuzzi tub), and the other room is on the gallery that is connected to the third bathroom and sauna. In the large fenced yard, at the very entrance there is a garage and a concrete part with a basketball hoop. The courtyard is beautifully decorated with a well-kept lawn and selected flowers to make the stay even more pleasant. On the ground floor of the house, overlooking the Danube and the vast plains of Vojvodina, you can enjoy the covered terrace, equipped with a garden seating set, which allows you to enjoy the outdoors even on rainy days. In the courtyard there is a swing, a climber and other entertainment facilities (football folding goal, badminton rackets), and there is also the possibility of preparing food outdoors (barbecue, sač, spit, plate, kettle...). In the summer days, shade can also be found under the treetops in the yard, and during the apricot season, you will have the privilege to pick these fruits yourself during your stay, on the part of the plot in front of the house (it is a real pleasure especially for children, to eat freshly picked fruits, picked with their own hands). Our children especially enjoyed this...and I believe you will too. Guest access The whole house is available to guests (except for the pantry and closet with personal belongings). Other things to note The house is comfortable to stay in throughout the year (excellent insulation gives freshness during the summer period, and underfloor heating gives pleasant warmth during the winter). The house is equally adapted to hedonistic wellness enjoyment, as well as family gatherings, with equipment for preparing gastronomic traditional dishes in the yard.
