Residence Jonathan are 2024 renovated and fully equipped retreats, in which the Kuhar family invested their heart and soul into with one goal - for you to come back. Morning coffee on the balcony, relaxing TV afternoons and cozy beds are among the few thing you are going to take with you when you return back home. We will be glad to host you! The space Residence Jonathan apartments are fully equipped, air conditioned, 2024 renovated apartments with all the amenities that you need for your holiday. Apartments feature open space living and dining room, with a new kitchen. In the dining room there is a table with chairs and in the living room, there is a sofa bed and TV with IPTV channels and WIFI connection. Internet is available in the entire apartment. Bedrooms are equipped with hotel style beds and linens (free of charge) with carpet on both sides of the bed and with a closet for storing your clothes. In the bathrooms there is a shower, a sink with a cabinet and a toilet. We provide 2 large size, 2 medium size and one floor shower towel, per person, per stay. Additional towels can be requested for a fee. For guest that are staying longer then 7 days, we provide free replacement for bed sheets, blankets and towels. Apartments are located on the first floor and are accessible with stairs. Guest access If you are arriving by car to Biograd, from the direction of Zadar city, you have to exit from the A1 highway near the town Benkovac and from there, take the local road to the apartment. It will take you around 20 minutes. If you arrive by bus, you will come to the Biograd bus station and form there you have 5 minutes with a taxi or 20 minutes by foot. If you travel by plane, you will arrive to Zadar airport Zemunik, that is 30 km away from Zadar. From there you can take a a taxi to Biograd or, take a bus to Zadar and then to Biograd. When you arrive by car, you will park in front of the Residence Jonathan building, where there will be a parking spot waiting for you. Other things to note Residence Jonathan apartments are located in a residential and tourist neighborhood and are 15 minutes by foot from the boat Marina Kornati and center of the city Biograd. For someone that enjoys sailing, we recommend visiting our apartments later in the October, when Biograd hosts Biograd Boat Show - biggest Central Europe Boat show, with 400 exhibitors and 400 vessels. 1 minute away form the apartments there is a pebble beach Bošana, one of the many beaches that can be reached by walking distance. For a great day trip, you can rent a boat at the Marina or other private rental offices or take a tour on a tourist boat and visit famous Kornati Islands, that are one of the natural wonders of Croatia. Families with kids can visit Dalmaland Fun & Water park with loads of adrenaline-filled rides, thematic family fun and Aqua park. If you travel east, 50 km by car you can visit historic city of Šibenik or National Park Krka. Zadar is 30 km away and with its Kalelarga promenade, Monument to the Sun and Sea Organ you have your day full.
