If you want to spend a peaceful moment in the quiet countryside, you have found the ideal place!!! Enjoy a 45 m2 single-storey house, completely renovated and well-equipped in a farmhouse. Located in a small quiet village, not far from the forest where hiking, mountain biking... await you. You can also discover the imperial city of Compiègne, 30 km away 8 km from Noyon you will find all shops and restaurants of which we can give you some nice addresses! The space One-story accommodation, bright and spacious, ideal for 2 people or even 4. Large living room with equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, filter coffee maker provided, Senseo with pods, raclette and croque-monsieur machine, toaster, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, mixer...) open to the living room with smart TV and high-speed internet. There is a sofa bed with a real 140 cm/200 cm mattress that can be used as a second bed (bed linen provided). In the bedroom, 1 bed measuring 160/200 (bed linen provided) will welcome you for a good night's sleep, and a TV is installed. The shower room is separate from the toilet , shower towels can be made available on request with 1 supplement to be paid on site but from the 2nd night!! All windows are equipped with electric roller blinds ( to be reset to 0 when in use). You can check in independently using a key box!!! Guest access Outside, you can park your vehicle in a parking space in the courtyard and right in front of the property. For our cycling friends, we provide one or two spaces in a small room to store your bikes. When the good weather arrives, you will enjoy a beautiful terrace equipped with a garden table and chairs, an umbrella, a barbecue, and a beautiful view of the horizon. You will have a pleasant time in complete privacy, out of sight!! Other things to note Please note that this accommodation is non-smoking. No parties allowed. It is strictly forbidden to eat on the sofa or bed; a table is provided for this purpose. We ask our guests to remove the sheets (except the protective mattress covers) and place them in the laundry basket provided for this purpose at the end of their stay, and to return the accommodation in the same condition as they found it. Charcoal and firelighters for the barbecue are the responsibility of the guest. Once used, please empty the barbecue. Please note that a fan is available on request
