I will be happy to welcome you in my cozy apartment with fully independent kitchen and bathroom, newly built, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of a natural environment next to the Parque de San Vicente (Liria - Valencia). You have total privacy. It is designed to accommodate two guests, but an additional €30 per person per night is charged. The maximum number of people we can accommodate is up to 4 people. The space Nice and cozy apartment with kitchen office, bathroom with shower and private terrace. You will be able to enjoy its large pool located in the garden of the property, where you will find some fruit trees, plants and flowers, which will make you feel in the heart of nature. You will enjoy San Vicente Park less than 3 minutes away on foot, Sierra Calderona 10/15 minutes away by car (both with bike lane and hiking trail). If you want to enjoy the city, you can be in the center just 25 minutes by car, you can also reach by Metro (the stop is located about 3 kms from the accommodation). And the beaches about 25 minutes away, El Saler, Puzol, Tavernes,... Guest access Accommodation with bedding and towels. Access to the pool (may be shared with two other guests from another accommodation within the property) The pool is open from the month of March 7 and until November 1.
