Placed on the picturesque Walker Flat Lagoon this adorable little home has everything for the perfect getaway for Couples, families or small groups. Relax on the deck with a bbq, over looking the lagoon and cliffs. Large private yard with lush lawn perfect for kids and dogs to play. The fire pit is perfect for toasting marshmallows and star gazing at the dark sky reserve. Set back from the main river for a more peaceful getaway, only 2 minutes to the boat ramp and public river bank and kiosk. The space This little home includes a full kitchen with Stove, Oven, Air Fryer, Toaster, Kettle, Dishwasher and most importantly a bean to cup Coffee Machine! The sink currently has filtered river water (please use boxed or bottled water provided for drinking) Our bedrooms are quite small and cosy but have everything you’ll need for your stay. Orange bedroom - Features a Queen bed (Koala mattress) Pull-down Blinds, side tables on either side with a lamp, a bench for storing your bags, hooks for hanging clothes and a wall mounted fan. Blue bedroom - Features a Queen bed (Koala Mattress) one Single loft style bunk, Blind/curtains, a small work space, Hooks and benches to store basic clothes, side table with a lamp and a wall mounted fan. Bathroom has full shower, toilet, vanity and plenty of hanging space for towels & clothes. The bathroom is filtered river water please use bottled water for brushing teeth. The lounge has a big comfy couch and a Smart TV connected to WIFI, Simply Login to any of your favourite streaming services and enjoy! (Please note, we do not get Free To Air TV here) The Sunroom is perfect for reading a book with beautiful views of the lagoon! The outdoor deck area has an outdoor setting, 6 chairs, a Weber BBQ and of course a Shade sail to offer midday shade. There is a huge lawn area, a swing chair and of course an outdoor fire pit all within our fully fenced yard! While the lagoon behind our property isn’t accessible directly from our backyard, there is plenty of public access to the main river only 2 mins away. This includes access to the public boat ramp, houseboat & speedboat mooring, the 24hr ferry and local kiosk (liquor licensed with fuel available) Other things to note Our home is open to DOGS ONLY please do not bring any other animals with you for you stay.
