The outdoor space is a highlight, featuring a large back deck, a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and plenty of parking. It’s especially well-suited for groups with larger vehicles, our spacious lot can accommodate trucks, trailers, and construction equipment, with secure parking along the fence line. The big front and backyards also give kids plenty of room to run and play. Inside, you’ll find high-speed Wi-Fi, making the property flexible for both families and professionals. Whether you’re working remotely, traveling for a job, or just looking for an affordable home base, the space is designed to meet your needs without unnecessary frills. This property is designed to be affordable and practical, giving families and groups a chance to enjoy the Foley area without overspending. To keep nightly rates low, we don’t provide some of the extras that you might expect in other rentals. Unfortunately, past guests often took these items, and at this price point, we were unable to continue supplying them. By keeping things simple, we make it possible for families on a budget to create lasting memories without financial stress. One thing we never compromise on is cleanliness. After every stay, professional cleaners come in and do a tremendous job making sure the property is spotless and ready for the next guests. Even though our home is priced affordably, it’s always clean, comfortable, and well cared for. As a newer listing, we’re still building our reviews. Some of our early guests left glowing feedback about their experience, but then gave us 4-star ratings instead of 5, not realizing how much that impacts our overall score on Airbnb.
