The space The apartment, located on the first floor, is a single room that combines a kitchen, dining area and sleeping area, with a double bed, and has a private bathroom. Outside there is a private green area, equipped with a small table and deckchairs, ideal for relaxing outdoors. The apartment is equipped with a pellet stove and radiator heating with an independent thermostat, to ensure comfort in every season. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and the outdoor green area. Parking is available depending on seasonal conditions (near the property in summer, and with assisted transport from the covered/uncovered municipal parking lot in winter).
