Excellent location, a 5-minute walk to Katamachi downtown and a 10-minute walk to the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and a bath, and was fully renovated in 2023, so both the exterior and interior are in beautiful condition. The space A beautiful two story house that has been renovated with a modern interior. The entire building is rented out for guests, making it ideal for families and groups. The first floor has a bathroom, toilet, and living room; for 6 or more guests, futons will be prepared in the living room (for 7 guests, 2 sets of futons will be prepared in the living room). All of our beds are single beds. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with two beds and three sets of futons. Guest access There are no areas that are truly off-limits, but we do ask that you please not use any of the things (cleaning goods, etc.) in the storage space. Other things to note Children aged 5 and under can stay for free if they sleep in the same bed with an adult. Towels and toiletries are not provided for children who are staying for free. We can only provide the number of beddings according to the number of guests. The fees will be determined based on the number of guests, so we kindly ask for your understanding. If you would like to arrange this, please mark them as 'Infant' when making your reservation. For children aged 6 and above, adult rates will apply, so please select 'Adult' for them in the guest count. Please note that the age categories set by AirBnB may differ from our policy, and we kindly ask for your understanding. - We have official permission from the local government to operate this Airbnb, and we meet fire safety requirements for short-term rental accommodations. Japanese law requires guests to fill out the form we provide at check-in, and provide their names, addresses, type of work, nationalities, and passport numbers. Thank you for your cooperation. - No smoking - Please be a good neighbor and keep the noise down - Please make sure to put your trash in the right trash cans. I’ll take care of taking out the trash when I clean the townhouse after you leave. - Turn off all of the lights when you leave. - When you check out, lock the front door, then put the key in the key box. - This location is along a major road, so even at night, there is still usually some noise. If you can’t sleep unless it’s very quiet at night, this might not be the right place for you. Amenities We provide bath towels and face towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and slippers. (Please note, that we do not change towels everyday.) • Feel free to use any and all of the guesthouse amenities while you’re here, but please do not take towels or other items with you when you leave. • Please don’t hold parties or be loud at night.
