Non-smoking property and non-incense. Access to the private fenced-in back yard and the patio. Parties/social gatherings are not permitted 75$ for unauthorized guests on property. I provide sheets, pillows, towels, blankets, waterproof mattress pad, and memory foam mattress topper. The room has a mini kitchenette with a microwave, dorm fridge, optional coffee maker or Keurig, and an air fryer. Dishes, utensils, and cups are stocked for you. The room has Roku TV; you must provide your own sign ins. Internet sign-in code will be provided at check in. The room also has a small desk with an office chair for remote work. This stay has all the comfort that one needs to rest peacefully during the night. The house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood between Short Pump and Downtown Richmond with access to 64 and 295.
