Less than a mile to I-35/235. Absolutely wonderful area! The space Tasteful and cozy, this shotgun style 1-bed, 1-bath apartment is a stylish stay in the heart of the city. Enter into the comfortable, soft gray living room with a sectional to kick back on and a Roku TV. Further you'll find a full, renovated bathroom, and a comfortable bedroom with a memory foam mattress, desk, and shelves full of books. Beyond the bedroom, the olive green kitchen gets lovely light through the french door and the bistro set is a great spot to enjoy a home cooked meal (or some great takeout from the many restaurants nearby). There is a small side yard right off the kitchen (not completely enclosed though). Easy street parking is almost always available right out front, and dogs are welcome! Guest access The apartment is completely yours. The front porch directly in front of the unit is all yours, but do note there is a unit attached and they have the other side of the porch. The laundry room is shared by all four units, and is located in the carport. Other things to note Security cameras are in use on the exterior of the property. Pets are welcome! Our pet policy is as follows: -For everyone's safety, dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of the unit -Pets must be completely house broken -No furniture chewing/scratching -If you feel your pet may cause damage/excessive noise while you're gone, please crate your pet
