This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is perfect for your family trip to Downeast Maine – within 30 miles radius from Acadia Park, Bar Harbor, Ellsworth and Bangor. The space Our expansive property provides an inviting space, ideal for family gatherings or a rejuvenating getaway with friends. From our dock, witness serene sunrise and sunset, casting a golden glow over the lake and surrounding mountains. You can enjoy the morning sitting down by the water’s edge sipping coffee, listening to the birds chirping. Lake Bliss is a sanctuary of stillness, making you feel as though you have the entire lake to yourself. Watch majestic Eagles soaring overhead and be enchanted by the calls of the Loons. Cozy up on the sofa and sink in as you watch TV or a ball game on the 65” screen. - Open concept kitchen is well equipped with cooking pots & pans, blender, toaster, electric kettle, and Keurig coffee maker, ensuring every culinary desire is met. - Hangout room is situated on the bottom floor with second 65” screen TV, dedicated workspace and test your skills on the pool table or board games. - Melt away your stress and feel relaxed in the sauna downstairs. - From the living room you’ll step out onto the large, expansive deck with the view of the lake. - Deck includes couch, and additional dining table for 8 and grill. - Lounge in the hanging chairs beneath the deck, soaking in the calm ambiance of the lake or enjoy playing the corn hole. - Hang out by the Fire Pit and watch the sunset - Ample parking space is provided with a three-car garage and a convenient gravel driveway during your stay. ----------------------------------------- Some Important Notes: - We offer 4 kayaks with life vests when the seasons allow typically (summer) when the lake is navigable. - Grill, dock and outdoor furniture are available during the summer season and will not be accessible in the winter. - Green Lake is boat friendly, and a convenient boat launch is located up the road. We do not provide any motorized recreational water equipment. Please use the nearby boat ramp up the road for launching any motorized equipment. - Your safety is our priority. For added security, we have installed 2 cameras at the front of the garage and another one at the front of main entrance. Additionally, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers are in place. If you should need to reach us with any safety concerns, please feel free to contact us through the Airbnb messaging app, and we will respond as quickly as possible. - We request guests to be conscious of noise levels outside between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. We have noise monitors (during the summer months) on the property that will alert us to unacceptable levels of noise. Note, these cannot pick up spoken word, only decibel level. Please respect our neighbors as noise in the lake can travel far. - Local community takes pride of the water quality and wildlife it supports, please maintain the cleanliness of lake while using for recreational purpose. - The entire home is yours during your stay except for the attic above the garage - it’s an unfinished space. ----------------------------------------- House Rules: - Accommodation is LIMITED to 8 PEOPLE, guests not mentioned on the reservation must be approved for overnight stays by updating the reservation. - NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. The property is managed admittance of guests in addition to the ones listed on the booking or throwing parties will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with NO refund per Airbnb and Property policies. - SMOKING/VAPING is PROHIBITED inside the house. If you do smoke outside, please clean up all remnants. - Absolutely NO PETS allowed. - We maintain a NO SHOE HOUSE to keep our place ideal for all guests. All shoes must be taken off at entry. - Please note any water inherently comes with some risk, including but not limited to injury or drowning, so please always supervise children and exercise caution. Swim at your own risk. - No mailing packages to the home. We want you to take advantage of these amenities and have a memorable visit. However, by agreeing to our Airbnb House Rules, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved with participating in these activities and that lakes, docks, decks, stairs, fire, sauna, swimming and kayaking may present dangers for adults and children. Children must be carefully supervised at all times when near the water. If you swim or use the kayaks (especially children) we strongly recommend the use of life jackets which are provided for you and your guests. We don't recommend diving off the dock. If you are using sauna, please acknowledge that there are risks involved, such as injury, accident, or death; the guest and party will follow the safety guidelines. By agreeing to the House Rules, you acknowledge the potential risks discussed above, agree to accept full responsibility for any bodily injury that may occur to you and others in your party, and waive any claim whatsoever against the owners for accidents or claims arising from these activities.
