Dunamar I Enjoy a natural setting!

The property is located a few blocks from Dunamar beaches and has an exceptional view of the beautiful Gesell Forest. You can enjoy from the balcony and the peace and quiet that the unspoiled nature of the forest conveys. ​The place is distinguished  by its lush forest of acacias, tamariscos, pine trees, and eucalyptus. Forested by Don Ernesto Gesell, we can still find some species of native wildlife. Owned by 2 houses that are rented separately.  The space The property has a spacious living room from where you can comfortably enjoy the beautiful postcards that the Gesell forest gives us. The master bedroom ( with forest view) has an en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan, mosquito net and smart tv. The other two bedrooms have ceiling fans, mosquito nets and Smart TVs. The second bathroom is adjacent to these bedrooms Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the property's balcony. The courtyard is surrounded by old trees and has an outdoor dining set with a major grill. The property consists of two houses that are rented separately Guest access You will be able to hike in the forest. Currently, streets of free movement have been opened to be able to appreciate their charms, without the need to request permits Reminding you that the property has two houses independently Other things to note The beaches of Claromecó are oriented from east to west and have a gentle decline towards the sea, within the limits of the game there are a variety of beaches, the central ones as well as those of Dunamar are spacious and free of obstacles. Going west or east we find several sectors called stone jumps, where the rock formations cut the beach. These places are great for fishing. The most famous: to the west "El Salto de Christian"and "El Caracolero", to the east we find the 2nd jump, 3rd, 4th and 5th, this one practically on the limits of the Orense Balneario.
