Located in Praia Grande, close to Julião beach, in a very quiet region, perfect for enjoying the beach in comfort and quiet. The space The house has a large and comfortable living room, integrated with the kitchen and dining area, creating a pleasant atmosphere for family moments. Wi-Fi, parking, Smart TV in the living room, and air conditioning in the bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed + bunk bed. It has 2 large bathrooms with a shower stall. Outside, it offers a deck with a portable barbecue to relax and enjoy the beach atmosphere. Other things to note Please Note: ▫️ We don't provide towels or bed linen. We kindly ask you to bring them from home. ▫️ When you leave, we ask that all trash be collected and left outside the house. ▫️ We also ask that the dishes used be washed and stored. ▫️ If necessary, we are available via WhatsApp. Service is available during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Outside of this period, the return may not be immediate — thank you for your understanding.
