Relax with the whole family at this beautiful cabin right on the Caddo River. We are located on the no flood zone side of river, so only 5 steps to the front door! In the wintertime the water is greenish blue, peaceful sitting around the firepit enjoying the view! We look forward to sharing our home with you! Pets are no longer allowed. Master bedroom king ( private bath), 2 upstairs bedrooms with queens, all have doors. The loft area has two twin beds and a couch. One bathroom upstairs, two downstairs. Outside dining table on porch overlooking river. This house is situated on Vaughn road the opposite side of houses on stilts. This house is a no flood zone and has access to river. The kayaks are free but old and one canoe. You can leave from the house and float to the city park if you do not want to float with a company. If you have dogs just know both neighbors have dogs and may come near your dog barking. If that is an issue don't bring your dog and then complain about it later. Guest access Let me let you know so there is no confusion. You are on the river, there are neighbors, their dogs run loose and so do their chickens. You might find a chicken in the yard. You are in the country, it happens. If that's a problem do not book. People float in the summer and may stop on the gravel bar opposite of the house and have a party this is not something we can help. If your someone who has a problem with this then do not book. People love their country and America flags are everywhere hope you have an awesome time!! There is a fenced in area in the back for dogs if you want to use it or they are allowed inside. Note: if you are a smoker of any kind it is to be done outside and kept outside. If marijuana is smoked inside house it's an automatic 200.00 charge. Please be respectful! Also, neighbors have chickens and dogs that run loose. If you have a problem with a chicken coming in the yard or if you have an issue with neighbors then it's not for you:). We are not like other places. It's a community. Also, this is a well water system you cannot run all showers at the same time and the washer. The tank will go empty and you will have to wait for it to fill back up.
