The space ENTERTAINMENT: Enjoy Netflix, YouTube Premium, and other multimedia on our 55" 4k Smart TV. (Refrain from using your personal accounts) Wi-Fi CONNECTIVITY: Connect using our 50 Mbps PLDT DSL Line with unlimited bandwidth. PRIVATE BALCONY: Chill and take a sip of your favorite drinks and indulge yourself to the beauty of Tagaytay in our private balcony. Our unit is positioned to have a breathtaking City View. KITCHENETTE: Light Cooking only. Includes Water Purifier, Induction Cooker, Electric Kettle, Rice Cooker, Microwave Oven, Mini Refrigerator, Cooking ware, Cutleries, Flatware, Glasses, and Mugs. Please refrain from cooking strong-smelling foods, such as fish and seafood, to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests. Ensure as well that you will be washing those that you used. Guest access FREE POOL ACCESS: Enjoy the pool from 7 am to 10 pm, with closure on Mondays and Thursdays. FREE ROOFTOP ACCESS: Revel in a 360-degree view of the Tagaytay skyline from 7 am to 8 pm. PAID COMMON PARKING: Fridays - Sundays, parking is Php80 per entry; Mondays - Thursdays is Php60 per entry. Each payment is good for 24hrs. Subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis and is usually always full by night. This is applicable for cars and motorcycles. Other things to note NO SECURITY DEPOSIT: It is against AirBnB policy to require security deposit upon check in RESERVATION: Base rate is for 2 persons only. An additional of Php300 per person per night (4y/o and above) will be charged in excess (rate will be automatically adjusted). CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME: You may check-in from 2:00 PM onwards and check-out before 12:00 NN the following day. Earliest check-in and latest check-out time is at 01:00 PM, and will incur an additional of Php200 per hour (rate will not be automatically adjusted). Subject for availability. This is strictly implemented to give ample time on the cleaning and maintenance of the unit. CHANGES TO BOOKED DATE: Any requests to adjust your booked dates must be made at least 5 days before your confirmed check-in date to allow time for other guests to book your previous reservation. Requests made after this period will be declined. Please also note that only one date adjustment request will be accommodated. NO PETS: We regret to inform you that pets are strictly not allowed on the premises. NO SMOKING/VAPING INDOORS: Strictly no smoking or vaping indoors to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all guests. Smoking or vaping is allowed, however, when you are at the balcony. NO LOUD NOISES: Avoid making loud noises and having parties. NO COOKING OF STRONG SMELLING FOODS: Refrain from cooking strong-smelling foods, such as fish and seafood, to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Only guests that have been declared for the authorization are allowed to stay in the unit. HANGING OF CLOTHES/LAUNDRY: Do not hang clothes or any fabric in the balcony railings for drying. You may, however, hang it on a separate drying rack (not provided) STREAMING ACCOUNTS (Netflix, YouTube, etc.): Please refrain from using or logging in your personal accounts in our TV. Any issues on your accounts after will not be held liable against us. PENALTY: Any violation will incur an additional Php1000 penalty per count.
