Welcome to our fully-renovated, spacious & cozy 4 bed/2 bath lake home on Long Lake in Isanti, MN. Just 1 hour from Mpls/St. Paul, the Long Lake Getaway has everything you need to relax and enjoy lake life! The property feels secluded, surrounded by water on two sides and has a private covered patio. Outdoor fun for all ages includes a large space for yard games by the lake, shaded trees to hammock, dock for summertime fishing, fire pit, outdoor grill, paddleboards, and basketball hoop. The space Long Lake Getaway is a spacious single-level home located on Long Lake in Isanti, MN (1hr from Mpls/StPaul). The home was fully renovated from top to bottom in 2022-2023 with peaceful interior decor and convenient amenities throughout the interior and exterior. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, desk, and office chair along with a television and a small refrigerator in the closet that can be used for extra cold storage of beverages or food. There are 3 additional bedrooms: one with a king size bed, another with a queen size bed, and another with two sets of regular-size twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total). The home has 2 brand new bathrooms, each has a fully-tiled oversized shower, handheld shower head, sink, and toilet. The family room offers both an amazing and peaceful view of the lake in one direction, or a 65" TV that sits above a fireplace in the opposite direction to watch movies while reclining on a sectional sofa. The kitchen has all new appliances with a walk-around island that opens up to the dining area. The custom oversized wood table has convenient bench seating and unobstructed views to the lake on one side and the canal/covered patio on the other. This is a great space to enjoy meals with family and friends and to play both board and card games. Please see the "other details" section for additional information on indoor & outdoor amenities. Guest access Guests have full access to the interior home, washer & dryer, driveway, and dock. The storage shed is not available for use. The attached garage is not available for parking. Other things to note We went to great lengths to make this property convenient, relaxing, and conducive for all-around enjoyment for anyone who stays here! House Rules: -8 guest maximum (this includes visitors...no more than 8 guests at any point onsite at the property) -No Smoking indoors (including garage). -No Pets. -No events, parties, or large gatherings. -Must be 25-years old to book. -Please report any damages that occur. -We do have outdoor cameras that are used for safety/security purposes and may also be used to monitor/ensure compliance with guest count and outdoor noise. House Amenities: -Self Check-In with keypad. -Wireless WiFi internet (see below note). -Streaming TV via YouTube TV is provided. Additional streaming services are available on the TV, but will require your own personal login. -Office Space (desk and chair in primary bedroom). -Fully equipped kitchen including cookware pots and pans, baking sheets, utensils, can opener, pizza wheel, knives, cutting board, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons, crockpot, and food storage containers. Dinnerware includes plates, bowls, cups, mugs and flatware. Kitchen is not stocked with food. -Keurig coffee maker, an initial supply of Kcups provided, but will not be replenished during your stay. -Pack-n-play, high-chair, stroller. -Gas Barbeque (A full LP tank is included, but additional tanks are not provided) and Barbeque tools/utensils. -Bath Towels, stored in the primary king bedroom closet (approximately 9-10 sets of towels) and basket by the washer/dryer. -Oversized Beach Towels (10), stored in the primary king bedroom closet and basket by the washer/dryer. -Bathroom Showers each have a rod with hooks to hang swimsuits to dry. -The Entry from the Garage, and every Bedroom has a shelf with hooks that can be used for towels, purses, etc. -Bunk Bedroom has extra sheets, blankets and pillows in the storage bench in the bedroom. -There are extra throw blankets in the Family Room in the side table under the map. -Indoor Board Games & Card Games, a variety are located in the family room barn door cabinet. Outdoor Amenities: -Outdoor driveway parking for up to 8 vehicles. -44' aluminum dock with 16' wide "L" patio at the end for relaxing & fishing. -Stand-Up Paddleboards (4) Inflatable & Paddles -Paddle North Floating Utility Dock XL (12x6) -Hammocks (2) -Adult Life Jackets, multiple sizes (10) -Outdoor Games: Bean Bag/Cornhole Toss, Spikeball, Smashball, Basketball - located in the garage. -Fishing Rods - bring your own. -8 folding outdoor chairs (in garage) + 3 spring-reclining outdoor chairs (near the deck) are onsite for sitting in the yard/around the campfire. -Metal above-ground smokeless firepit. -A supply of firewood will be provided, but will not be replenished if it is used up during your stay. Firewood can be purchased at KwikTrip in Isanti or Kwik Trip in St Francis. Internet Instructions/Wifi: -Internet (midco fiber) with Eero wifi is available and included with your stay. It is fast enough to stream movies to the Amazon Fire TV in the family room + handle normal phone/tablet browsing + streaming. -No wired connections are currently available. -Instructions for connecting to wifi will be found inside the home upon arrival. Long Lake Area: Within 10 miles of the home are the cities of Isanti and Saint Francis, both of which have grocery stores, fast food options, liquor stores, restaurants, shopping, gas stations, coffee shops, etc. Long Lake Restaurant: There is a popular local bar/restaurant on the lake (short 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk) named “Back to Captains.” Great place for indoor and outdoor dining and cocktails. Family friendly. Check-Out Instructions: -Check out before 11am. If you could let us know when you've left, we would appreciate it. -Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following: -Remove all perishable items -Take out all of the garbage (including items in the small bins by the side door) and put into the large rolling garbage cans by the garage. -Load and start the dishwasher on Turbo mode (detergent tabs in the bottom drawer to the right of the dishwasher). -Place all used towels in front of the washer. -Turn off all lights, TVs, Fireplace and appliances. -Ensure all remotes are placed near the TVs (TV remote + Fireplace remote). -Please address any excessive mess from stovetop/oven use, if applicable. -Close all windows -Lock the side door -Put back all outdoor amenities, games, chairs, to where they were originally found. -Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, please return it to the condition in which you found it.
