We are 30min to Byron, 20min to beautiful beaches, 25min to Gold Coast airport. The space The bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed with air conditioning and a TV. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The living area has a large table, kitchenette. This area opens onto the patio. There is a rooftop area to enjoy, to watch the sun set over Mount Warning. There is a room downstairs to securely lock up bikes. Guest access Access is via the gate and ramp and then up the stairs to the flat. The flat, and the rooftop are yours to enjoy. Other things to note This flat is part of a beautiful heritage Ex Salvation Army Building which has been converted to be primarily a music venue. However this operates only part-time. When we have guests in the flat we will not be operating the venue other than the hall if required which has a separate access. This means the flat is completely your space to enjoy uninterrupted.
