The space COMMUNITY- Sea Palm Condominium - 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom/Sleeps 6 - Gas station: 2 min WALK - Restaurants: 2-10 min WALK - Downtown FWB - 10 min WALK - Target: 5 min drive - Okaloosa Island/beach - 5-7 min drive - Crab Island- 10 min drive - Destin beach- 15 min drive - Navarre beach- 15 min drive THE UNIT - Central AC - Covered patio with pool view - Free WiFi - TV in all rooms - Fresh towels/linens - Quartz countertops - Stainless steel appliances - Equipped kitchen - Iron - Outdoor patio seating BEDROOM 1 - 2 full size beds BEDROOM 2 - 1 queen size bed LIVING ROOM - Sleeper couch for 1 person BATHROOM - Shampoo included - Conditioner included - Body Wash included - Fresh bath towels STARTER KIT: - We will provide a small welcome kit for you to get started. This will include 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper, basic kitchen cleaning supplies, and 2 large trash bags. - Please stop by the gas station (2 min WALK) or Target (5 min drive) to gather any additional supplies needed during the duration of your stay. HOUSECLEANING: - There is no daily housekeeping during your stay. For longer stays, we can provide in between cleanings for an additional fee. Please send a request for this. TRASH DISPOSAL: - Please make sure trash is taken out DAILY to keep condo clean and free of clutter. Dumpster is located on the left side of condo when coming down the stairs from the kitchen door. Stay on the sidewalk after you take a left at the bottom of the stairs and it will take you to dumpster. HOUSE RULES: - No pets allowed. - No parties allowed. - No smoking allowed. - Check in is promptly at 4PM. - Check out is promptly at 10AM. - No unregistered guests allowed. - If any rules are broken, we can evict you with no refund. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: - Guest will be charged if there's additional cleaning fee inquired. - Any broken or missing items will be billed to guests. Guest access The entire condo is for you to use! The pool and green area by the waters are shared areas. Directions to condo: be sure to turn right immediately BEFORE the traffic light to get into Sea Palm condominium. Head straight and turn on your last left turn and condo will be on your left. - If you turned after the light, you have missed the condominium. Other things to note FULL DISCLOSURE : there is only one full bathroom in this condo. It is more ideal for bigger families who doesn't mind sharing one bathroom. Or possible two couples who are ok with sharing as well :)
