Guest access You will have access to the small and cozy unit downstairs. The room is private, but not secluded; it's located off the kitchen. The bathroom will be shared with other guests downstairs. You and the other guests will have a separate entrance downstairs as well. During your stay We live upstairs with our family and 2 dogs and we value your privacy so we will be upstairs most of the time. You might see me or another guest with their dog at some point. Other things to note We are located just a block away from Emeryville. Walk everywhere - close to bus stops, shops and restaurants! Less than a 5 minute drive (15 min walk) to the Public Market with tons of food options. There’s plenty of street parking. Perfect for students, travelers, couples or people on business trips. Street cleaning on our side of the block is the 2nd Monday of every month. Please do not block the driveway as we need to drive to work everyday. There’s plenty of street parking on our block.
